The tractor pulls the round baler forward, hangs the power output shaft, and the picking mechanism with the appropriate height pre-adjusted starts to rotate. The straws are fed into the coiling chamber. With the continuous rotation of the roller of the strapping machine, the straws entering the coiling chamber gradually grow from small to large and form tight round bales.
When the bale reaches the predetermined density, the baling switch will be opened automatically, the alarm horn will sound, the tractor will stop moving forward, the rope feed clutch will be pushed forward, and the rope feed will start. When the rope feed is found to accelerate, the clutch will be released, and the tractor power output shaft will continue to rotate the rope.
After the predetermined number of loops, the rope will be cut automatically and the rope will be tied.
Pull the hydraulic valve to reverse, the cylinder works, the rear frame opens, and the straw bale is thrown out.
After baling, the hydraulic valve is reset, the rear frame is closed, one cycle is over, the tractor continues to move forward, pick up and start the next cycle.
